Sunday, February 12

SAGE Redwood City Drs. Sharon Ullman and Jenny Jones hosted a community education event titled “Cranial Cruciate Ligament Repair: From Limping to Running.” In this presentation, our doctors discussed the most common knee injury in the dog, as well as the diagnosis, surgical treatment, and rehabilitation for patients with that injury. Mocha, an Australian shepherd and former surgery and rehabilitation patient, demonstrated some of the therapeutic exercises that got her back on track.

On Sunday, November 6, SAGE celebrated its newest hospital with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and open house in Redwood City. Nearly 200 guests arrived to tour the facility, mingle with our staff and doctors, and learn more about our peninsula facility. Redwood City councilwoman Janet Borgens served as our ceremonial ribbon-cutter. We thank our sponsors – MWI Veterinary Supply, IDEXX Laboratories, Elanco, Aratana Therapeutics, and San Mateo Neighborhood Pharmacy – for their generous support of this event!
